Fukutoku Corporation is the manufacturer of the Dotted Glove in Japan. It’s sister company Ekiya, manufacture knitting glove using Shima Seiki knitting machines. In return all the knitting gloves supply to Fukutoku as semi raw material to made Dotted Glove.
Fukutoku and Ekiya focus on the importance of maintaining it’s product quality and fulfilling customers satisfaction by using their years of expertise and technology all the time.
For example, by applying "The Taper Knitting" technique, the Taper Wrist Protector and Toe Sock are knitted according to the structure of the wrist and leg respectively as each individual possess different size of wrist and different ankle shape.
"The Little Finger-Lowered Glove" technique is applied based on the structure of the web space between the pointer finger and the thumb. This is to ensure the 100% fitting between user's fingers and the glove is achieved. With this technique, the pointer finger and the thumb are not easily get "tired" due to it's absolute fitting-comfort.
Dotted Glove is Fukutoku premium product. It can also be coated with Natural Rubber, Nitrile and PVC. Fukutoku is moving towards green process in glove production. Recently we have developed Acrylic Acid Resin using the Non-Phthalate Ester because this material is considered to be environmental friendly.
In Japan, Fukutoku Corporation and Ekiya are number one makers of Dotted Glove and Knitting Glove respectively.
